"They were terrific in finding water at a depth that saved me over $10,000. It is a family owned business and it felt like you were dealing with family rather than corporate America."

"Amazing service! I had a great experience working with Dwayne James from Olson Plumbing and Heating in Colorado Springs. I had a water line bust in my basement. I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. Anyone would be hard to find a better plumber or plumbing business. A first-class job. Highly recommend!"

"WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!! Company is unethical and way overpriced. Was supposed to fix drain line. Plumber told my wife that we would have no hot water if he didn't install double valve on line to sink and dishwater. She has no idea about plumbing. Anyway, they weren't even supposed to work on water line. He installed about a $20 part that took him about 5 minutes (it was only 2 brass nuts). They charged $182.70. He could have just put a cap on dishwasher line until dishwasher was reinstalled. Cap is about $2. Tried to talk to owner twice and have been getting run around. DON'T USE THEM, THEY ARE GREEDY AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE."

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

"I will never do business with your company again. I am beyond grateful we did NOT have your tech Robert back out to our property and decided to get a second opinion. Our plumbing issue was fixed in 30 minutes by another company for only $250!! They were able to remove the cable that was stuck in the pipe as it was not under the cement of patio like you said. It is not necessary to redo the entire plumbing under my house for $6000-$36,000 as proposed because it?s in good condition, nor was it necessary to propose a charge of $1100 initially to do the job that needed to be done. Not only am I appalled at all of the estimated charges, but at the work your tech DIDN'T do after an ENTIRE DAY! He also left a wad of electrical wire in my pipe that was used to try and pull out the cable I guess or what I?m assuming, clog the pipe even more so we would be suckered into spending thousands on work that NEVER needed to be completed in the first place. This business is a scam! "
