"We hired Heartland Village General Contracting and Handyman Services to execute a full, top-to-bottom renovation of our bathroom at the beginning of March of 2026. This was a major project involving demolition , new flooring, updated electrical and plumbing to accommodate a new layout of the bathroom. The company manager/owner, Harvey, was excellent. He provided a detailed project schedule before work began and proactively communicated every step of the way. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. Harvey's attention to detail truly made the difference."

"Absolutely Thrilled with the Results, Thank you Milton! I couldn’t be happier with how my wooden floors turned out! They were dull, scratched, and lifeless — but after the revival service, they look brand new again. The team was professional, punctual, and took great care to protect the rest of my home during the process. You can really tell they take pride in their work. If your floors need a second life, this is the company to call. Highly recommended!"

"The main support beam to my house was cracked and needed immediate repair. I asked everyone I knew if they could recommend anyone. No one "Had a Guy". Then I found Gary from CGP Construction. I can't say enough about how wonderful he is. He stopped by my home the same day I contacted him. He offered different ideas to making the repair and had his engineer draw up what he knew would be the best solution. I was very pleased with their plan as it would be the safest, strongest and longest lasting repair with minimal damage to the surrounding area. Gary and Larry made the repair in just one day and did an amazing clean up job as well. I would highly recommend hiring CGP Construction. Gary is an honest, friendly and experienced person. And, he priced the job affordably. So now, "I Got a Guy". His name is Gary Savino."

"I want to widen my driveway. An outdoor patio needs some structural repairs. Refinish the basement and garage. Basement has a bathroom which needs to be renovated."

"We are very happy and satisfied with the projects completed by Patzan at our home. Mr. Patzan is very professional, knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail to deliver a good durable, functional and great look looking finish at a decent price. Mr. Patzan Communication is excellent and he answers all my questions. We did two projects with Patzan and we are planning my our next one with Patzan. I really recommend this company."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."
