"Jim and his crew did a FANTASTIC job of completely remodeling my two kitchens and bathrooms in my two flat building.These projects included beautiful new cabinets and counter tops ,lighting,electrical outlets,plumbing and flooring. These were complete remodels and they are beautiful and functional. The work was completed on time as scheduled at a fair price. Jim has done many other jobs for me throughout the years including all new windows and all of his work has been excellent grade A work. I would highly recommend him for all your remodeling needs."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Overall it went great. The project is 95% complete and we were able to move in on our deadline. I'm not sure how much we saved ourselves with doing some of the project management ourselves. I think we added stress for ourselves and it wasn't always clear what we were handling, what Mike was handling. There were miscommunications on both his and our part. The overall cost was of project was higher than we had planned for. We opted to figure out and price some things as we went along, as opposed to a fixed bid up front. So, we saved on a higher fixed bid and markups, but also bore the risk of the unexpected things that popped up. Mike worked his b*** off, often 6 days week to meet our deadline and get us into the house (we were living in a rental while the remodel happened). Mike is truly a jack of all trades. I was impressed with the quality of his custom carpentry, his attention to detail and quality. At times it seemed getting it exactly right could have better balanced with getting it done faster/cheaper. Mike seems very honest with a lot of integrity. He is very willing to talk through details and explain things without being condescending. I would definitely hire Wentworth Construction again."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
