The demolition of the room was down to the studs. New framing was done, we added a closet, built-in book shelves, added a custom window seat with drawers below the seat, added a custom cabinet, lighted ceiling fan, and canned lights. New hardwood flooring was installed, stained and finished. Finally, the room was painted to finish the job. Mark and his team understood our concept and took it to a higher level."

I was my own designer and it was wonderful collaborating on the project with Thomas and Clint. We sectioned off a portion of our lengthy bedroom area to make it a dedicated office. A 10’ long built-in unit was custom made to my specific dimensions and turned out just as I had hoped. Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics.
