"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Job went perfect, Remodel USA surpassed my expectations.  They were here when they said they would be and they completed the job with-in the promised 2 week time frame.  They even stayed very late to finish the night before the Easter Holiday to complete my Sunroom as I was having my entire family over for the holiday.  Only issue was some of the flooring started to buckle after a few weeks and I contacted the company and they had someone over the next day to repair the floor and I've never had any issues since.  I'm so glad I had Remodel USA do my Sunroom.
