"Wonderful! The dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned, even of the beginnings of a bird's nest. The chimney was inspected first and was found to be in good condition so a cleaning was not needed and therefore not charged. I was provided a photo of some surface rust on the chimney cap for comparison with the next inspection. There was never any attempt to upsell or tack on additional costs or work, something I GREATLY appreciate! The technician called to ask if he could come about 1/2 an hour early and then thanked me for my flexibility! So nice and professional!!"

"Mr. Greg Elrod did a fantastic job. Emailed Greg a few days ago to get an estimate on a chimney sweep. Very responsive via email and we were able to mutually agree on a date and time. Greg called the morning of the sweep, about 40 minutes before arrival to confirm. Arrived on time. Very personable guy.. Prepared the work area, as not to cause any mess, and proceeded to clean out the fire box and chimney. I had requested an inspection of the brick chimney as well, as it had not been attended to for some time.He did a GREAT job with no mess. Gave me a quick overview of what he saw and what he would recommend to be repaired. He is going to email me an estimate and I would assume, as long as the price is not too expensive, we will be using Mr. Elrod once again. <br /> I could not be happier with Greg's service and overall knowledge and professionalism. The job, as mentioned above, was done in a very efficient and clean manner and spot on the estimate. Nice to see a guy that is trying to do good work, make a living and not feel a need to rip people off at the same time. They had inspected and cleaned the chimney when I first bought my house in 2015, so I got a break on the installation price. "Wow! This is a top notch company. From the start, while talking to Brett, I never had any mishaps of communication or service. Leo and his team were amazing. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts. Tom was a pleasure to see when he came out to the house for inspections. I will send anyone their way for roofing needs. The whole job turned out beautiful!"

I am very happy with everything.  My house is gray and I had planned to have "safe" black roof installed.  Yilber suggested a brown roof.  I was very reluctant.  He wasn't pushy, but he assured me that I wouldn't regret the choice.  I love the brown roof!  It gives the home a rich, sophisticated look.  <br /> There was significant damage to the interior caused by the damaged roof.  You can't even tell it was repaired.  They did a really nice job matching the stencil pattern on the ceiling.  <br /> The chimney looks great too.  <br /> Given all the work that was done, the price was very reasonable. It was more than what my insurance company estimated.  But, Yilber was able to justify the work and cost to the insurance adjuster.  I would recommend this company others looking for a roofer and other contracting work."
