"We hired Adam to remove an existing chain-link fence and replace it with a wooden privacy fence. We explained that we needed the work completed on a very tight schedule and that the fence needed to be completely secure for our two large dogs. We also explained that weâ  d had bad experiences with other contractors and had little patience for some of the games they often play. Adam checked off each box like a pro. Adam completed the work on time (despite issues with a supplier and rainy weather), and the fence itself is just about perfect. He also stuck to his initial estimate, which was very reasonable, given the quality of the work. "Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."

I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As a homeowner needing to get things done that I do not have time to do, I tried to hire people to do the work for me. If I contacted companies, they did not answer the phone and if you left a message they did not call back. If they did call back or they would schedule appointments and never show up or if they did show up you would never hear from them again. If I was lucky to find one that provided an estimate, they did not know how to do the projects requested. Larger companies do not want to do the "little" things. At the point of getting so frustrated, I decided to start this business so that other homeowners would not have to go through this. I have hired professional and qualified people; drug test and background checks have been performed on them to ensure clients safety. The technician comes out, accesses the work and pricing is given on site. If pricing is accepted, the technician will perform the work immediately. You do not pay for the work until the job has been completed to your satisfaction.
