"The company knew that I was going to pay them, yes I was approved by a finance company. I told the company that I had enough money to pay them directly. I got an alert from GreenSky that the company charge them. When I paid them by checks, I am seeking a lawyer and I'm going to sue them. Had to call Midtown and told them that their workers had put defective materials on my deck. Midtown was paid by GreenSky before the work was completed. Also, you can notice that there are ridges on the wood, as if a saw was used to put ridges in the wood."

"We have used Paramount in the past and were pleased with the service. Not this time. I called to have someone come out to give an estimate of reseating two posts that had heaved over the winter affecting a gate. At the same time I requested an estimate to replace a lower rail that had been broken by workmen in our neighbor's yard. I asked that the estimate for the rail to be separated so I could show it to the neighbors for payment. The separate price for the broken rail was $550 because they would have to remove and reset two posts. My neighbor thought that was excessive and I should have believed him. When the workmen came they reset the two gate posts without any issue. Then they replaced the rail without having to do any post resetting. When I called they offered me a $75 refund. So replacing the rail cost me $475. The total job was a little over $1400 which I had to pay in advance. I will never use Paramount again."

Woodmaster only replaced the parts that really needed repair, rather than insisting on replacing the entire section, which saved us money. They also didn't have a high minimum fee like some companies. They used straight, good quality cedar wood and matched the shape and design of the existing fence. We're happy with the result!"

About a week before our appointment there were new restrictions due to Coronavirus, so we called Aztec to confirm they were still meeting us the following Monday.
