"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. We would use this company's services again"

"They are a professional honest and very hard working. They cleans my stair runners that were ruined from a a previous carpet cleaner. They weee burnt. W yellow green color. But Ryan was able to fix and now they have the soft gray color they were before. I had 2 different companies try to fix stair runners, but just made it worse. They cleaned and scotch guard my t1st floor tile floors. I forgot how pretty they are and the grout is beautiful. Same with my master bath marble. The rugs look brand new and they are just a tad wet. . I will never use anyone else again. Also the price for the work they do is amazing."

"<p>The tile floors in my mother's 1971 Chicago bungalow were installed more than 20 years ago and the grout that use to be white was almost black.  My mother was thinking about replacing the floors, but that would be expense for an 84 year old senior living on a fixed income.  I asked her to try Grout Works.  They had previously done an excellent job cleaning and sealing the grout on my floors a few years ago (August 2012). She agreed and I contacted Jim at Grout Works for an estimate.  Jim met me at my mother's house a few days later to write up a proposal for the work needed.  His proposal was reasonable and included a 10% senior discount for my Mom.   The actual cleaning and sealing of the grout was done two weeks later by two very pleasant and hard working men (Mike and Derrick) from  Grout Works.  They worked nonstop from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.  The job was not easy, since my mother's old floors had a few areas where the grout was completely missing and needed to be replaced.</p> <p>The finished job was excellent.  The grout sealant is guaranteed for five years and does not require a special cleaning product to maintain its luster.  My brother stopped by while Mike and Derrick were still working and he could not believe how nice the floors looked.  I have nothing but praise for Grout Works for another job well done.</p> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"What a Godsend Phil is! He not only filled the two small holes in my travertine, but he spent a LOT of time filling them and then matching the color and patter EXACTLY to the point where the naked eye could not see where the repairs were done. The guy is a craftsman. No, he's more than that-he's a stone artist. And he's courteous and professional to boot. And he takes his job very seriously--he seems to know everything about stone, granite, marbile and tile and how to clean it, do preventative maintenance, and repairs. And his price was VERY reasonable--in general and especially considering that other companies wanted to just replace the countertop or cut out and replace the tile.Thanks to Phil, I sold the aforementioned condo and just moved into a new house. My wife and I managed to stain our brand new porcelain floor in our Master Bath with the red ink from a Target bag the night we moved in. So I called Phil the next day and he was there within hours. Just left our house after trying various chemicals and eventually bleach to get the stain out of the porcelain. Then used a torch to dry it and then resealed the grout and tile where he worked. I can't tell there was ever a stain there--let alone that work was done on it, and these tiles were brand new and pristine. In short, if you need any stone, granite or marble maintenance or restoration, Phil is THE guy. I'll use him for years to come and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone that asked for a reco."

"I have used Denali Clean for many years for personal use as well as my rental properties.  They do an amazing job!  In the past I tried other companies that have always advertised a low price although when they arrive there are cost adders for additional services i.e. pre-spotting, Scotch Guarding etc...First, Denali does their best to fit you in their schedule as quickly as possible.  Second, their pricing is very fair.  Next, the price they quote you is the price you pay.  Their entire team is very accommodating.  Their truck mounted system leaves the carpets almost dry when they leave and the house smells amazing.  Those of you who have pets know they sometime become ill or have accidents.  Please know they have never failed to remove pet stains and odor from my carpets.  I have also used them to clean my hardwood floors and ceramic tiles and grout.  I was equally pleased with these services.  I would NEVER use another cleaning and restoration company.  They do an awesome job with all their services! <br />"
