"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Oven was not heating. Hired Phil to diagnose and get me back up and running. We had to adjust scheduled time due to un controlled events but he showed up. Highly recommend phix it Phil. This guy is a wizard in a field I know nothing about!"

"Chris was prompt, friendly and got my oven repaired quickly. I will definitely call him next time I need an appliance repair."

"My refrigerator was having issues late one night. I called Phil and he was able to come out about an hour later (9pm) to come and diagnose the issue. He didn't charge very much, and he was prompt, very nice, and professional. He was able to tell very quickly that I had a refrigerant leak and gave a few option for repair or replacement. Highly recommend."

"My refrigerator went out and I called Jason late one evening. He was very helpful and came over the next day, after 6pm to assess the problem. He found a bad compressor and made every attempt to find a solution to fix the problem. I found him to be honest and professional, a person of integrity. I have given his name to Lowe's service department here in Tallahassee FL so they may contact him for repairs and warranty work. Thanks Jason!"

"I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Elite actually sub-contracted it out to an independent contractor and she was very good but did not work for him. Since she was just an individual who was an independent contractor and I could not verify that she had insurance or was bonded I did not use her again. I was a little put out that, although I hired Elite to do the job, the owner sent out an independent contractor. The price was good."

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."
