"I called a week before I wanted the cleaning done and was able to get an appointment just when I wanted. Got a phone call alerting me that they were on the way. Probably took an hour or so. Both the couch and the rug look much brighter.
This is not "dry" cleaning. Be prepared to have a fan or two to help dry whatever gets cleaned.

They cleaned and scrubbed everything from top to bottom, even cleaned the portable fan. Very impressed with their attention to detail and positive attitudes. On the positive side, Mandy is pleasant and kind. She came to clean three times before things started going wrong. She did a pretty good job with the cleaning but I found I couldn't count on her. One time she was sick. The next time her car broke down. And the third time she just never showed. Never called, texted, or contacted me in any way. After bailing on a job for the third time, I figured she was too unreliable. I found a fabulous replacement."
