"First off I didn’t expect the expediency at which this happened. In the span of 2 days from the time I talked to Chris the old stoop and about 14 feet of thick concrete was removed and the block stoop was repaired and they actually buttered the block to match the foundation of our house. He added a extra step at no charge and and did some beautiful design and trim work to the sidewalk. This is basically a family owned business with family members as his crew. Chris was there the whole time not only supervising but was running the wheel barrel full of concrete up a muddy hill. If I could give him and his crew a higher grade than A I would. If you need concrete work done you couldn’t do better then him and his crew. He put up with me outside watching and asking questions ( I’m fascinated by tradesmen) the whole time they were working. Last but not least this was done at a substantial cost savings compared to other contractors I had look at this. I know this review is long winded but I think in today’s world people and companies that provide this type of exemplary service need to be recognized and promoted. "We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."
