"I don't know why I have fallen for this again. Paid for the maintenance service. The "crew" shows up to do "maintenance" on my AC and water heaters. Next day my AC and Water Heater go out. The "Crew" turned off my pilot light to my water heater and installed the 2 fuses upside down on my AC unit. Then called me and said they needed 500 dollars to clean off a filter with a chemical. I laughed and said no. So, I would assume they didn't like that they would not be getting a commission on the work. They are no different than any other company. Come out, tell you your perfectly fine unit has issues and overcharge you. Tale as old as time."
