"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

They are very approachable and Eddie was always available for any questions even during weekends and nights. "Chris is especially good with new products versus traditional ones for different projects. He knows wood inside out. I have a historic home and he's the only carpenter I use. He recognized some old wood as denser, so better than new wood, and thus sanded it well versus replacing it. He's now remaking the doors on my kitchen cabinets, from particle board to solid wood."
