"Overall, we had a great experience. The waterproofing job was great and works perfectly. The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A."

"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"Wonderful communication, knowledgeable and experienced team. Ethan, Grant, and Jose are superb! I needed some crawlspace repair completed prior to the sale of my home, and these guys made the experience feel not so overwhelming. Ethan took quality photos of each item that was addressed, took time to explain the necessary steps in the process, and communicated promptly at each turn. Grant and Jose worked tirelessly cleaning out heavy debris left from the previous owner, completed the multi-day job, and even left useable materials neatly stacked upon request, Notably, even though operating as a single female, I felt secure with this team, didnâ t feel railroaded, and feel confident that this team was a good choice."

"Two pros expressed concern about forcing foam or blown insulation into the vaulted ceiling with old bat insulation. The Reed pro offered workable solutions that would meet the goal but unrealistic in their scope."

"A plus did an excellent job of removing mold and waterproofing my 112 year old basement. They also addressed an additional issue in the crawl space without coming back with additional costs. The basement has had plenty of rain and has stayed bone dry."

"We constantly had water leakage into our basement for years. They were able to send out a professional to answer my questions, and after I decided to go with their service, sent out a team to install my Everdry system. It was an overall great experience. Our basement has been completely dry ever since. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus."

"I was in a bit of a bind with a client and was calling multiple companies to try and get a basement assessment and estimate. Everyone was weeks out which we really didnt have. I received a phone call from Marty around quitting time on Friday evening and he was on his way downtown and going to be passing the area where the work was needed so he was happy to stop and assess. He called me with what his findings were, took photos and gave me his true honest opinion of the basement condition. I then on Saturday morning received a full report and summary with an estimate attached. Marty went above and beyond to help myself and my clients out in a time crunch and he came thru with flying colors! I would highly recommend Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing LLC to anyone with basement and/or foundation issues. I look forward to working with them again in the future!"

"Stephen & His crew were awesome, polite & informative on an issue I have under my house! Stephen also provided me with some information about the installation of my EZ breeze system! I will recommend A List Waterproofing for any mold services removal! Thank you! Tanya"
