After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! Yuriy arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up properly after himself. The price was quite fair and I am very pleased to have my window functioning and keeping out the cold air. Yay! "I am an avowed DIY-er, but I know my limitations ! In our version of "This Old House", our recent purchase of a 1910 home was in desperate need of new windows. The quotation appointment was prompt, on-time, with options offered for different grade of replacements and features. The price seemed fair (not a bargain basement offer, and VERY far from the 'ridiculous' numbers always put out by an un-named famous national chain). The expectations for installation date range were clearly set (as we all know some of the supply chain challenges we are all currently living with). Installation date was arranged, once they had the units from their supplier. Friendly reminder call the day before, crew of 2 showed up exactly on time, and the work was efficiently and professionally executed. 15 replacements completed on 1st day, and 2 more days (per plan) to complete to work for installing 2 brand new openings for 2 additional windows. Only a few days in, so far - but we could NOT be happier. The work was completed with craftsmanship (see below, as a portion of the work was more than just installing replacements)."

"There were a lot of issues following a move. The living room had a curtain header that attracted more attention than the view, and sheetrock riddled with holes and lumpy fixes. The office/guest room walls had what looked like a botched plaster job. The guest bathroom toilet leaked continuously. The master bathroom toilet required a bucket to flush. He helped make decisions, advised regarding equipment and supplies, provided a detailed and reasonable bid, and went to work. He suggested simply to remove the offending curtain header (he was right—it was entirely unnecessary). He patched, sanded, primed and painted walls, disappearing the flaws. He replaced broken parts in both toilets and adjusted for low-flow to save water. And he seamlessly glued and restored the step stool."

"They are a little more expensive than other window installers but they did an amazing job. They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. The end result looks wonderful. A true pleasure to work with."

I didn't have much hope it could be repaired because someone else had already looked at it and advised it had to be replaced. I was very surprised when they pulled the door off, examined it and told me they could fix it. Their honestly totally impressed me! When I was told the price it was extremely reasonable which also pleased me so I inquired about some other work I needed. Without hesitation Mike quickly prepared an estimate.
