"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

"I recently had my house leveled and the fireplace and chimney were moved 0.9 inches up. I requested to have the interior of the chimney videoed and inspected after cleaning. This was agreed to. The guy videoed the damper area and the top 0f the chimney with his cell phone. That was done only so he could charge me more for the cleaning. Note my chimney has a cap on it. He tore a hole in the screen to put his cleaning cable driven by a portable power drill. with a collapsible whip cleaning tool on the end. As far as I could tell no inspection was performed and I do not think he was qualified to perform and inspection. The video via cell phone was very unsatisfactory. For this service I was charged $399.00 He was the only one that responded to my Anges List request. The last time I got an excellent job done for less by a professional and unfortunately he is no longer in business. "This is the second roof Swan has put on my house.  They came out three times for this roof: the first time right after the hail storm, the second time when Allstate sent someone out to look at the roof, and a third time when I requested that Allstate come back out.  I really like their professionalism.  A bit pricier than other companies, but worth it.  The first roof they put on my house was a flat roof on the sunroom that has held for 7 years--they did a careful job and it shows.

"We had 3 different companies out to give estimates before deciding to go with Wanda Bledsaw and Bledsaw Construction & Design.  All 3 estimates came from companies on Angie's List, but Wanda's estimate was by far the most affordable.  The job didn't go without some hiccups, but I am thrilled with the results.  The decorative tile around the bathtub and in the shower ordered were not in the correct color, which delayed the job, because the manufacturer had mislabeled the sample board at Home Depot.  Wanda fought to get the order replaced in the proper color and prodded Home Depot to get the manufacturer to ship by air.  Another hiccup, was that the skylight had to be replaced.  It was pitted from hail damage and had a few holes  in it, of which we were not aware.  I feel that we really got the most bang for our buck by having Bledsaw Construction do the job.  I hope to have Bledsaw perform more remodeling at my home in the future."
