"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

"They did a great job and discovered we needed a new chimney cap. We thought we might have an issue as we had wasps coming in through our chimney. They confirmed that was the issue with several pictures to show us. We ordered the new cap and the repair was done in a timely, very professional manner. Gina and Sherrill in the office were always polite and able to answer any questions. Andrew was our original technician and Julio did the repair. "Talbert Construction did a great job of replacing our roof due to a hail storm. They had all the materials delivered the day before their workers started work on the roof which was great that the materials didn’t sit for any length of time. Talbert had a large crew that showed up at 7:00am and got the job done in one day. They worked until dark to finish the roof. I would highly recommend Talbert Construction to perform any roofing needs you might have."

"Scott came out on Jan 18th to provide a bid, very nice and professional. Bid accepted and job was scheduled on Jan 26th. Crew showed up on time and work completed in a few hours.. Unfortunately not all work I paid for was completed.. Paid for a full trim replacement on the east side of the chimney but they used existing, cut off the damaged section and put on a small trim piece that didn't match the original trim size. Evident from the ground that there was a seam on that piece of trim, didn't look good. All remaining trim was to be caulked and painted which didn't occur. Called company to advise of problem and Scott was scheduled to come back out on Jan 31st which he didn't do, instead they sent another crew who knew nothing of what happed on previous visit, they had to call in to get direction on what to do. They did stay and complete the job but they did not replace the one piece of trim that was damaged with 1 full piece of trim, no idea why but with add'l caulk and paint, looks better but can still tell it's not one full piece of trim. Painting of the trim work is not the best but looks better. Last comment is the crew needs to clean up better. On both visits, shingle debris fell on top of my spa, neither crew made an attempt to clean it off.. Last crew dripped paint on patio and didn't clean that either"

"Ellis was very good to work with from quoting through project finish. He was knowledgeable about key roofing details and provided valuable explanations and advice. Originally, I had him quote only the roof and skylight and then later added the gutters. The addition was handled so smoothly it was like I had asked for them in the first place. I understood at the beginning of the project the skylight install would be the rough in with no sheetrock/drywall work included and accepted it that way. At the time, I didn't realize this meant they would not cut the existing sheetrock in the ceiling to expose the skylight to the room below and that was the only minor disappointment that was quickly resolved with a pruning saw on a pole. There was a misunderstanding between the crew and myself on the position of the skylight (my fault) and we discovered it halfway into the install. The crew stopped and took the time to let me better explain and then promptly and courteously made the correction. Very good experience in every aspect."
