"Jack was very responsive, personable and professional. I had some tiling and grouting issues around my pool/spa. Jack was willing to perform the repairs while the pool companies would only offer a complete replacement of tiles and and coping at 10 times the price. As far as i can see he did a thorough and professional job, and it certainly looks very good. However with pol tiles you don't really know until until they have undergone a winter under the cover. If they are still intact next year I'll up the value for money and overall score to 5"

"Excellent service prior to the service and after the work was completed. We had Groutsmith clean our tiles, remove and repair grout, seal and change the color. of the grout. Very happy with the work. We had a minor follow-jp appointment where we had a small section of the grout that was coming loose. They came out promptly and did the repair. We are 90 days post the work, and everything looks beautiful they offer a 1 year warranty. Happy and highly recommend!"

"Sir Grout of Bucks County was wonderful. Corey was very prompt with reaching out to set up an appointment and was very clear on what needed to be done. I didn't mention the glass shower door and he said they could clean that also. The work they did was fabulous, the shower looks brand new. They were very professional (shoes off at the front door), cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't think it would look at good as it does. We built the house 16 years ago and it now looks as it did when we moved in. Highly recommend them. I had an estimate that was about 1/2 of what Sir Grout charged but I just didn't get the same level of confidence. I have no regrets going with a higher price."

He tested 3 areas with different cleaning solutions to determine which product to use. On difficult areas he used a different cleaner. The floor came up great as well as our granite tops.
