"I needed some plumbing work done in the house. I had a couple of estimates from some plumbers on fixing the problem. When Billy from Valdel Plumbing stopped by to give me his estimate for work, I was impressed. He gave me a reasonable price and really knew what he was talking about. I also needed him to fix some work I had done on the line years ago. Billy assessed the problem and set to work fixing the leak. The shutoff valves for the hot and cold water for the washer could not be turned off all the way so he replaced them with a single valve and fixed that problem. 2. I also had a problem that the main water shutoff valve wasnâ t working also so he replaced that valve also. He got everything done while he was there to fix the leaking drain on the same day. Itâ s refreshing that someone can be so flexible and work with the customer to solve their problems. Iâ m totally impressed with Valdel Plumbing and especially the quality of work from Billy. "The work was completed but not without challenges. The project was to replace the shut-off valves under the vanity. The water was shut from the main shutoff valve. While the work was being done in the bathroom upstairs, I noticed water leaking from my Living room ceiling below. The bathroom had water all over the floor. I was informed that when the main shut-off valve was reopened, the water pressure turned the under sink shut-off valve from the off position to the on position (the facet line was not hooked up yet). It took a lot of rags to clean up the spill. The company gave me a small credit on the bill for the inconvenience."

"Everything went amazingly well. This was the first of two repairs I had done by Unique Indoor Comfort. They came out quickly, identified the leak in the roof-top unit and accepted my coupon from Angie's List for the service call/estimate (I think that with the coupon it was like 29 dollars). They gave me an estimate for the repair, which included fixing the leak, testing the lines and filling the system with coolant. The coolant was expensive (as it is everywhere) and the total cost was 1600. They came out a week later to perform the work and it went without any issues. The person performing the repair did a great job, was respectful and walked me through what he had done. He was up on the roof for several hours in 90+ degree weather. I believe his name was Mike. About 5 weeks later, we had a separate, unrelated problem occur where our drainage pan inside our house was clogged and not draining, which caused the AC unit not to work. Again Mike (I hope that is your name!) came out, identified the problem, cleared the line, replaced the PVC drain pipe so it wouldnt happen again. He went above and beyond during this service call to fix the problem, but also re-arranged the drainage pipe to help prevent the problem from recurring in the future. Highly recommend!! We recommended this company to anyone else in our condo building who had issues with their HVAC as well. <br />"
