"5 stars! From the initial visit and estimate, to the completed job, AJ Waterproofing was professional, friendly, and honest. I had to install a French drain in my crawl space, since the existing sump pump was in the center of the floor, on a sloped foundation. No water ever made it there. They also washed the walls for mold, sealed up vents, and installed a dehumidifier. When I needed an electrician to run a line for the dehumidifier, they recommended Mike, who was also amazing. While doing the work, they placed plastic on the floors and furniture, so no dust or dirt made it through the crawl space access while they were working. They even built a ladder to gain access to the crawl space, instead of having to bring one out and set up to get down there. Highly recommend!"

The crew jackhammered a trench along the wall in my basement and installed a drainage pipe, fill and a sump pump. They cemented over the trench and it looks like they were never here. "Steve Ault clearly explained the reason for our gurgling sinks and incomplete flushing of a toilet and then fixed them by clearing the sewer line. He cleaned up the area perfectly. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. Steve seems very knowledgeable and competent and we plan to call him in the future for our plumbing problems. Without our asking, he gave us a senior discount and waived the dispatch fee."

Although I did have to prove to the repairman after he unclogged the drain and said he was finished, that there was still a leak by putting a paper towel underneath the pipe. 15 minutes later after going to his truck 3 times, he found the leak and stopped it. Then the job was done. The price was fixed depending on the problem. Time had nothing to do with the price. He was here less than 30 minutes."
