Marco ended up installing the water heater first thing Monday morning after the part that was ordered didn't remedy the situation. Marco was pleasant, and effecient. He was concientious and went over usage with me afterwards. Shane was quick to stay in touch and follow up as well. Would highly recommend"

The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."
