"Technian came in assessed repair that needed to be done. Informed me of necessary steps to do repair and pricing options . Professional and courteous through out the whole visit."

"I had an unexpected plumbing problem with my bathtub faucet freezing after our areaâ s recent severe weather and below zero temperatures. I had to completely turn off my whole house water main until I could find a plumber to fix it. But who would help me on Christmas Day? Amazingly I got a call from the owner, Mike, who accurately diagnosed my problem over the phone, and advised me on how I could deal with the issue until stores opened the next day. He also arranged for his knowledgeable, skilled and professional plumbers to completely replace and repair the old damaged fixtures and pipes. And he was able to advise me on how I might avoid similar problems in the future as well! I could not recommend United Plumbing more highly. 100 stars wouldnâ t be enough!"

"Extremely professional, show up when they say they will. No issues with personnel or quality of service, original install was about 10 years ago, but we have our equipment serviced with PM regularly."

"We had a broken sewer main that needed to be replaced. We initially got a quote from another large company that seemed pretty high. We found Kyle in home advisor and he gave us a quote for a much more reasonable price. He came and did the job himself and he didn t leave until he found a solution. We had some trouble with the broken pipe under our foundation and he figured out how to fix it without having to tear out any of the basement floor. We would highly recommend Kyle for any sewer main repairs. He was also very personable and easy to work with!"

"Our A/C went out and we called our old company. They said it was a fan which would cost $1000 to repair. Stated the system was old and we really needed a new one because even if we fix it for $1000 Something would break again soon. Tried to sell us a new system for about $15 to $17 thousand. Called a few other companies for quotes. CJS Air Kyle came out to give us a quote. States the system was not that old and should still have some life in it. Asked to go look at the system as he was also a technician. Within 15-20 minutes he came back in and stated it was just a capacitor and it was working. Cost us $300 instead of the $17K another company was trying to get from us. So thankful for Kyle. CJS now has a new trusting customer."

"Great service and great communication. Definitely my goto for any plumbing needs."

"I recently purchased a house only to discover after three months that my lateral sewer line was going to need to be replaced SOON! I had another well-known company come out to clean the line and then proceeded to quote me nearly $10,000 to do the repair. I reached out to HomeAdvisor to try to get some more quotes and Brian called me very quickly after I submitted my request. He gave me a much better price and was extremely kind and professional. There was a slight delay due to the the weather, but Brian and his team got there and got the job done quickly and clean up was beyond my expectations. They did run into a problem that would require more work and money. As a single mom, I was worried about the extra expense but Brian was BEYOND fair in how he handled the situation. I even joked about some extra landscape that I wouldn't mind disappearing and he made that happen too! All American Plumbing is a great company! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and will definitely be using them again!!!"
