"Salesman said that his people removed and replaced washer/dryer and sink in laundry room THE INSTALLERS SAID THEY NEVER DO THAT. We sent them away. The carpet installer wanted to be paid the remaining balance prior to doing any work. We had already paid more than 50% of job. I wrote them a check."

"They were fine. The sales person was a little pushy. The flooring he ?matched? us with didn?t end up being a good fit for us and it has not aged well. So I wish we?d taken more time to sit with the decision and do our own research on the materials instead of letting them rush us into a choice. Basically we just believed what the Empire sales person told us about the durability and stain resistance of the tile floor we had installed and the flooring has turned out to be a poor fit for our family."

Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. I know some of my neighbors will be using this company now because they loved watching the work & the outcome!! Great Company!!! Highly recommended!!"
