"????? Highly Recommended Review: Funari Public Adjusters I am writing to share my experience with Funari Public Adjusters, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by the owners, Chris and Vito, and their entire team of experts. From the very first call, they were immediately available and responsive, helping me during my critical time of need. The team went above and beyond in every aspect?from assigning a dedicated representative to handle my claim, to guiding me through the entire process from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful whenever I had questions. I have used this company on three separate occasions, and each time they exceeded my expectations: When a neighbor?s tree fell on the back portion of my home. When I experienced a theft at my rental property, resulting in damages and losses. Most recently, after heavy rains caused significant roof damage to my home, including my top-floor"

"Walt, Max, and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. This was a HUGE project. We basically had no foundation on the back/ side of our house and the 2nd floor overhang was poorly supported. Prior to us purchasing the house the previous owner added a very large addition on top of a very old and poorly constructed “house” . The inspection at purchase did not uncover the issues that we found about two years after when all of the cosmetic touch ups wore off. Walt’s crew ( Supervised by Max) replaced the foundation wall , added piers under the house, replaced all of the floor joists along with new piers, beams, and headers on the 40ft span at the back of the house. This is just some of the larger items because I would be here forever if I listed everything they had to do. Walt kept us informed during the whole project. From start to finish we were on the same page. The house had so many hidden issues but the crew worked through all of it. The price was very reasonable and less then all of the other estimates from competitors. We didn’t have a bunch of surprise increases along the way. He didn’t try to scare us or sell us anything we didn’t need. They are honest and reliable. The results were amazing and so far beyond our expectations !!! They are all so talented. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of contractors!! They have been done for almost a week and we miss them being here already. I will recommend them to everyone."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall, nice straight lines! also have photos."

"In many ways he is a wonderful craftsman and was very helpful to us in as much as assis us choose materials for our job. We worked with him for several years and he was the main contractor on site, overseeing everything from plumbing, electricity, installation of appliances and windows and so forth. In short, the entire remodeling was his job although we did use outside licensed professionals such as plumbers and electricians...but all vetted and managed by Zephyr. So in many ways it was great to work with him. So you might wonder why we give him an overall F. It's because when some things didn't work out, there was absolutely no way that we would get an apology, and no way that he would take responsibility for it. We have a case in point which is still ongoing, 4 years after completion. A wall on our 3rd floor has the condenser for our 3 ductless AC units. The condenser is correctly installed on metal rods to this wall and is about 4.5' above the roof. This supporting wall with the condenser is wood that has been wire meshed and stuccoed. We found large cracking in the stucco about 2 years after we installed the units which was then fixed, and now 2 years later, it is happening again.....huge cracks that are letting water into our house and it appears that the wire mesh has rotted too. Mitchell Custom concepts says the issue is with the AC installer as he followed the installation instructions. [more about installation later]... The manual does say that the condenser has to be placed on something that prevents vibration and it is currently located on a wall that is wood with wire mesh covered with stucco. We have had Zephyr out each time after this occurred. From him we hear that it is our fault that it is cracking as we decided it should be put in this spot. What we know if Zephyr was managing this job and all site decisions came from him and in discussion with other professionals because he knew what he was doing...supposedly. Several times he has assured us that he followed the manual instructions. Pg 4 of the Samsung model MH080FXCA4A_FJM states clearly that " install the outdoor unit on a flat stable surface that can support its' weight and does not generate any unnecessary noise and vibration." The manual also states: "with an outdoor unit having net weight upper than 132.3 lbs, we suggest do not install this suspended on wall, but consider floor standing one''."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Yardville, NJ

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
