"Dryer was making a squeaking noise and sometimes metal to metal noise. They came out looked at it and got the parts all the same day. Quick fast and friendly, couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for the help, dryer works and sounds like new."

"Zach did a great job repairing my Samsung washer that was out of warranty. The problem turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated but he kept working at the problem (which turned out to be electrical) and we got our washer back! Will definitely hire ZR Masters again if needed. Repair cost was reasonable."

"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

"Our washer stopped spinning cycle. He arrived right on time during the scheduled window, figured out it was a bad lid switch, and swapped it out. Appreciate the honest service and fair pricing."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"

Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"I cannot say enough good things about North Pole Supply. A technician from the company sent me a text message shortly after I reached out to him on the Angi website. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer based on video that I sent him via text and was able to squeeze me in the next evening. He arrived on time and was incredibly courteous and friendly. He brought the necessary parts to fix the dryer and quickly went to work disassembling the dryer. Less than an hour later, the dryer had been reassembled and was working perfectly. My dryer is now quieter than it has ever been--no more loud screeching noises. I am so glad that I found North Pole Supply. I will be a customer for years to come."

"Rolland did a good job. Repairing our dishwasher . my wife was really pleased and we would highly recommend and would hire him in the future for any other appliances that need repair."
