He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! "I did not have to pay anything additional. It was all covered under the Big Deal. I felt that he did a pretty good job. I think if I had to do it over again, it might have been better to engage a plumber for the work. When he replaced the fixture, there was a leak that he had trouble dealing with. So, I think it may have been better to get a plumber, but I felt he, as a handyman, did a pretty good job. There were a couple of things that might have been a little bit outside of his expertise. I have no real complaints with him at all."
