He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. "The plumber arrived the morning after I contacted him.  He very quickly reviewed the leaky faucet and got to work replacing the old one with one I had already purchased.  Within an hour that part of the service was complete and he proceeded to remove and replace the garbage disposal. Again within an hour the new disposal was in place.  So, within 2 hours my faucet and disposal worked perfectly.  Oh, and he cleaned up under the sink before leaving.

This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.
