"Marty first established the outlets were receiving power, then located their common junction box fed by a line to the main switch box. The particular line was loose in its switch box seating, visibly burnt (due to arcing). He cleaned off the line and re-seated it to the switch box. Afterward, with my permission and a full explanation, he rewired the junction box. During the whole process Marty clearly explained each step and why he was doing it. Marty gets an a rating in my book."
