"We just moved into our house after 6 years as a rental and the garage door sounded loud and clanky. There was also a large gap between the door and the seal - lots of daylight (and mice) coming in. We called David last Friday. He came the next day on Saturday afternoon and fixed everything. The door sounds (and works) a lot better and he closed up the gaps to keep the mice and daylight out. Very professional, great communication (prompt initial response and ongoing texts to keep us in the loop), clean/neat work, fair price, and super pleasant to work with. "He does not identify his company when he answers the phone. He's not quick about returning phone calls or making calls to let us know what's going on. He replace the pulleys without letting me know he was coming or that it was done, even though it probably needed to be done, and initially put the wrong size springs on and again didn't let me know. He came back and changed the springs two very strong ones. The door goes up very fast now and comes down very hard, and it keeps springing back up again so I have to fight it to keep it down. We do not have a door opener. I am a 69 year old woman and just really don't have the strength to pull it down with that much resistance. He did not tell me he was coming so I could be here each time. Good news though, he did ask me how well it was working and I told him. He also send out a proper invoice that I could use as a business deduction so that I could mail out a check to him. Price turned out to be fairly reasonable."
