"What I liked in dealing with James was his thoroughness regarding the details of the repair to my dell laptop. He was able to get it reformatted and installed software I wanted. "Donna called me at the agreed upon time and we talked to find out the problems.  She immediately scanned the computer (she was on remote), saw the problems and proceeded to work through each one.  There were times when I was not on the computer with her while she worked. I am not a computer whiz so she explained what she was doing and why it needed to be done. She installed a virus checker so I would not get into the same fix again.  She was extremely patient! "You won't regret having them help u with your computer problems.  <br /> <br />  I was for 18 years the computer system manager at my previous job, so needless to say I have spent a lot of time in the York area with computer repair technicians...   I had numerous problems with my computer, and needed them to upgrade to a new operating system, restore my previous data, and spot check my hardware for any potential problems.   I also asked them, to save myself time and agony,  to reinstall my MS Office applications.  They did all of this, to my great satisfaction...  and when my computer was returned in the week, there was very little I needed to do to be back in operating mode.  They  were great communicators, keeping in touch with me about any potential problems, i.e. they found that my fan wasn't running properly, and had them replace it, for a modest charge.  They were very helpful in giving me important information and helpful tips.   All of this for a modest charge of $150.00.    Please note:  Since picking up my computer,  I have now been running it  for 2 week, and it's been running great, no issues.  <br /> <br /> (They will come to your house, but because I knew of my existing problems and  what i wanted done would take several days to complete, I dropped off my computer at their business.  ) <br /> <br /> They are helpful, they communicate with you, they are very knowledgeable , all of this with fair pricing.  <br /> <br /> <br />"
