When I reached out to the company they did not want to budge at first. Then they offered $100 credit, but I refused. At most this should have cost $700. $150 for the part + $50 markup and 2 hours at their excessive labor rate of $250 per hour."

"Totally over charged on a quote when I had another electrician come and do they work for cheap and the right way. All the outlets that were checked when Shaun came out to check and give me a quote stopped working and almost lost everything in the fridge and freezer. If I was to let him do the work my house would have caught fire because there was a conjunction box in the ceiling that was getting to much power and melting and sparking. He never checked any of the boxes around the house. Sad what people do for money."
