American Heating and Cooling company call us on Monday morning around 10 to tell us they can get someone to our house between 2 to 4pm on the same day. The technician called us at 11am to let us know that he can actually get here within twenty minutes if it is convenient for us. It was 80? in the house and we have a newborn. We told him to come add son as h he can. Surely the technician showed up in twenty minutes. Turn up the motor for the fan in the AC unit was burnt. He quickly repaired and installed a brand new motor within twenty minutes. And we got our AC back on. Overall was quick and easy process. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
