"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Outstanding, professional, honest company. We were so pleased with the ease of the way Roof Masters took care of everything. They followed through with every detail and the staff was in communication with us on the timing and execution and Mark sent pictures while I was at work! "Tar Star was a really great choice for us. They were so responsive to our needs in terms of timing, style and communications. Anthony kept us fully informed on price, issues that arose during the job and all aspects of the job. Finally they cleaned up our yard after a full roof replacement so much that there was not a single nail, shingle or debris of any kind. Unbelievable! I would strongly recommend Tar Star to anyone."

"It went great. Chris wa very polite, practiced Covid Precaustions and explained what he was doing. He left no mess and my carpets are cleaned."

"I reached out to KCM due to a leak in our roof. Gage got back to me immediately and scheduled a time to come inspect that day. Two days later he had a team here to replace the shingles on our house. His team did an outstanding job and Gage kept us informed through the whole process, taking the time to walk me through the materials his team was using and giving me advice on maintaining the areas of our roof that weren’t being replaced."

"Bob gave me a quote in October 2020, and he did his best to honor that quote in May!! Prices go up, so I knew the price from October would not be the new price, BUT I was surprised it wasn't too high! Communication was great, almost always got a text/call back right away, other times, maybe a couple of hours. When the door was finally installed, had to special order it, front door was great, storm door needed 2 visits. Which I was fine with! After 2nd visit, I HAD A FINE LOOKING FRONT DOOR, WHICH WAS COMPLIMENTED WITH A FINE LOOKING STORM/SCREEN DOOR! I have every intention on calling on Bob with my next project! I wish him the best, and hope to see him soon."

"Team arrived earlier than expected, and easily finished the whole roof in the day. One week later and still haven't found any debris larger than a quarter in the yard, and no nails. I got compliments on the new roof less than an hour after it was installed."

"Professionally done, would use them again."
