He gave options and ordered the part before he left that day. As soon as the part was in, James returned and replaced quickly. Happy to have my washer back. "On their first visit they were out quickly and gave a diagnostic of what the problems were. The guy (who was very nice) told me he would need to order parts and that he should have them in about five days. That was on January 17th. I gave the guy a $200 deposit and he left. I expected to hear back by the following week but I didn't. I finally called after about two weeks of not hearing anything and the woman who answered was very defensive. I told her that this should have already been taken care of, and that I gave a $200 deposit and she went on to say that they aren't crooks and that my money is safe... Regardless.. why am I the one having to call and figure this out? They should have called me to schedule a repair once they got their part in the mail. Finally on Feburary 12th the repair guy came back to finish the work. He was able to fix my gas range without any problems, but then told me that something was wrong with my Microwave - something he didn't see when he came out for the initial estimate, and that it would be more expensive to fix than to repair. He couldn't give a really solid explanation as to why - so I didn't believe him. I figured he probably ordered the wrong part and didn't want to admit to it and have to come back a third time, especially after having me wait as long as I did for him to finally come out. Glad I didn't take his word - because I called out a different repair company for a second opinion and they were able to fix the microwave for a reasonable cost."

"Bill came out promptly and assessed the situation. My stacked washer and dryer required two men and a dolly to be able to work on the washer. Bill was able to source a second man to help and completed the repair. The longest wait was for the part needed to come in. I took off 1/2 star because I felt that communication with regards to appointments could've been more complete. I will definitely use Bill again for any appliance repair I may need in the future."
