"Beautiful job. The contractor, DJ Unsworth, called me promptly on my initial request. He came out to review the site, take pictures and measurements. We discussed what I wanted and relevant city code. He emailed me that evening with an estimate that specified the type and height of fence, concrete footers, etc. I had gotten 2 other estimates, both higher. I felt comfortable that DJ was attentive to my preferences. I told him I wanted him to do the work but it wasn't a rush. I had to get a city permit since it was in the front yard. Once I had the permit I let DJ know and he scheduled the work about a week and a half from then. I paid half prior to the work for materials. They showed up the morning they said they would, and dug and set the posts. When I sighted down the line of posts, they disappeared behind each other--perfectly aligned and plumb. I was impressed. Next day they installed the rails and pickets, all with brass decking screws instead of nails--so no rusting or popping out! I paid the balance of the cost the day the work was completed. I am very pleased and so is my husband."

"The project went very well. We had some rain delay, but otherwise Scott and his assistant were on the job. The fence looks great and is very well constructed. Scott ran into some concrete under some dirt and plants that surprised both of us. As neither knew it was there when the estimate was made, we came to an agreement that was more than fair on Scott's part to increase the cost of the job slightly. I got a deal as the concrete cuts were a big job. I'm very happy with the end product and would use Noah Fence again.
