"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

"Oscar was awesome. He was very responsive from day 1 when I first reached out to him about replacing my kitchen wall backsplash. He showed up on time just as scheduled and was very courteous and friendly. As the work began, we realized that I had underestimated how much tile backsplash I needed and therefore did not have enough. Oscar went above and beyond and was kind enough to drive to Home Depot to pick up some additional tile as well as other material to fix unrelated work needing to be done to my interior kitchen sink cabinet wall that Oscar said he could help repair for me. His price was more than fair for all this work when other contractors would have charged twice as much. Best part is that everything turned out amazing and I’m loving my new backsplash! I would most definitely recommend Oscar and 360 Improvements to others and will be using them again!"

The team was great to work with, they paid attention to the little details, and were respectful to our property, cleaning up after each work day. What we appreciated most was how Gordo was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process from start to finish, checking in with us and ensuring that we were satisfied with the work. Whatever issues came up along the way were taken care of promptly. After the project was completed, they came to do a full, final cleanup around our property. "Ibro updated our master bath, removing a jacuzzi tub, relocating the toilet and shower. The bathroom looks beautiful and Ibro had some great ideas and advice that helped make it so. Ibro and Abraham were lovely and respectful so having them in our home was no problem. Part of our project included painting the existing cabinets. This part or the project did not go well. We were really unhappy with the job the painting crew did. Ibro did his best to rectify the problems on his own, taking doors and repainting them properly himself. He is definitely a man who takes pride in his work and keeps his word. Our project finished at 30% more than our original quote. We were no doubt largely to blame for that but I think a more detailed initial quote would have helped us to feel better about it."
