Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "My freezer went out in the middle of the week, and after calling a couple of other places, I was pleased to find that SOS could send someone out as early as the next day.  The repairman was prompt, professional, and concise.  I noticed that he took his shoes off at the door without me asking, which I (and my hard wood floors) appreciated.  It was about 30 minutes worth of work, which he completed in 30 minutes.  I also appreciated the $20 instant discount for being an Angie's list member.  
I intend to call them again with any appliance issues in the future.
That being said, I rated price a B, not because it was high, but just a really small thing I'd like to see improved for the future. Up front I committed to a diagnostic fee in the event I did not accept the service ( which makes perfect business sense and provides assurance that I'm a serious customer), but the repairman quoted me a price ( only verbally) that perhaps came from his computer or his experience, but I think I would have felt a bit of assurance myself to have seen a listing of prices next to services. Again, small thing, I'd still recommend SOS to anyone."

"Replacing the staircase light fixture was a difficult job requiring the use of a ladder, a step ladder and an aluminum plank to create a level workspace in order to access the light. The new pendant was lowered by 6 inches, compared to the old one, to allow easy exchange of light bulbs. The electrician was creative in solving some installation problems.  He also saved me some money by advising me that some other electrical work I was considering might not be necessary."
