"This is the second time we've had the opportunity to use D&T Appliance and continue to be impressed with their service. Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. As a note, we found Andrej to be timely, very professional, and technically astute. It was a pleasure having him as out repairman."

When we decided to do a serious fix, their price was far higher than I thought appropriate and we found someone else who did the job for half of the price quoted by Randy Lane & Sons. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"

"I would like to give them a higher rating, because the service tech was great--prompt, professional and completed repair within a couple hours (which included having to pick up a part). I have to downgrade them on responsiveness, though, because I had to call twice and leave messages before I got a call back to schedule the repair. And then the actual repair could not be scheduled until 4 days after the call. I chose to stick with them due to the Angie's List coupon. Repair service was excellent; customer service could use improvement."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
