"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"The crew arrived a little later than expected but that did not bother me. I had told them I’d be here all day. They went right to work setting up their ladders and. scaffolding.. the material seemed high quality The owner Tom recommended larger siding matched color downspouts and I am glad he did.The job is finished and looks great."

"The salesman was very professional and clearly explained how their gutter covers would be installed and the technical advantages of their product."

"All of the work by Mid-States Gutters crew was high quality. The estimator, crew chief and installers were all punctual and responsive to our questions and needs. "They did a great job and have a great product. The true test for me was when I have two trees with helicopters. So the true test was to make sure that both helicopters would not get stock between the gutter. Their covers to the gutter are great. Both helicopters did not get stuck to the covers. Waited a long time to get someone to do the gutter and fina'ly found this company. It was really worth the wait. i would highly recommend them to everyone to do your gutters."

"We didn't think we needed gutters on the south side of our house, but after living here 12 years, we got water in our basement. We called, and John came out and looked and noticed that the down spout from our other gutter was broken off and the water was pouring down onto the foundation.  We decided to have them gutter that side of the house, and he fixed that down spout and another one. The color matches perfectly, good fast job. Would recommend.

"Lower price than any competitors. Rob was great to work with. Rumor has it he recently installed gutters for a veteran for free."

"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"Shane was very professional. Showed up on time. Walked around the shop with me, explaining what the process was going to look like. Got to work and was done in a timely manner. Did not try to sell me anything extra. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend and call if needing new gutters in the future on our house and garage."
