"What a great group of people! Our A/C went out over the weekend. They called within the hour of putting in a Service Order. We were able to get a tech out and fix everything within 24 hours. They were very courteous and took time to listen to what was going on. They called when they were on their way and all repairs were fixed in no time! We will definitely hire them again!"

"I've done business with Air Experts for well over 10 years from installation of a replacement system in our previous house followed by regular service and service in our new house. We're on the annual maintenance plan. Techs arrive on time, are neat, take care of the maintenance efficiently, explain what was done and handle the paperwork quickly. "This was an unusual situation. In talking to Phil, the owner; and Randy, the former owner, I was treated very fairly when I brought my situation to their attention. Though it took awhile to coordinate communications between them and myself (busy schedules), once they surveyed the situation, they were very responsive. Their supervisor for system installation, Perry Allen, reviewed my HVAC system and came up with a great solution to the problem. He returned with all the required supplies and worked hard to ensure I had the proper solution. Perry was absolutely terrific (his colleague too). He not only wanted to fix the problem, but to do it the best way.
I'm very pleased with Gand M Service Company and would highly recommend them for new HVAC systems as well as service contracts.

"I like to use local and veteran own services when ever possible. Howe's HVAC services was a good fit for both. When I called Howe's HVAC sevices to give me an estimate on installing a new HVAC unit I talked to the owner Jordan Howe. Jordan stated he could come out that day and give me an estimate.Jordan came, looked at what I wanted done, was very knowledgeable about my split system and what it would cost to replace the unit. Jordan gave me three options all very resonable.I decided on one option and called to set up a time for the installation.This was on Tuesday. Jordan said he could do the installation on Thirsday or Friday. I decided on a date and time.Jordan gave me several updates on the time he would arrive.Jordan showed up on the agreed time and removed the old unit and air handler and replaced the new unit and air handler with no problems or extra costs.I am very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Howe's HVAC services to anyone that needs quality work."
