"It went great! I sent josh a picture of an approximately 18" square that needed drywall repair and texture. He knew immediately what kind of texture we had and said he could make it look like it never happened. Sure enough he did the drywall repair and textured it to match and it was ready for paint in 24 hours. It looks amazing! After paint no one could tell where it was patched. He did an incredible job and yes it does look like it never happened. I would highly recommend Josh for and drywall repair!"

They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!"

"I paid him for grout repair in addition to cleaning floor tile and kitchen granite. Cleaning was good, but grout repair was fair due to missing some cracks. One bad crack under the refrigerator door was not done even though he told me it was. Additionally, he was to come back to clean your shower....he never showed up and they didn't return my calls. I wouldn't use them again !!"

"Just met him on this job, super nice guy, right on time, very knowledgeable, and goes that step beyond what is expected. I hired Marvin to clean gutters and install gutter guards. While he was up on my roof he noticed and snapped pictures of other issues I had....overgrown limbs and some masonry problems on my chimney. I had him trim the limbs at a very reasonable fee. Because he ran out of time the first night, which was about 92 degrees, he agreed to come back on Saturday....Saturday was a monsoon and I really expected him to postpone, I looked out the window and he was on his ladder with his rain jacket on...Can't say enough good things about this guy and his work ethic."
