Maverick Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is a Roseville, CA based company serving Sacramento since 2020. "I booked a cleaning for my AC in preparation for summer (clean coils, vacuum out, check wires) the appoint window was 8am-12pm , they came at 130pm. During the process the cleaning foam to clean the coils (degrease them) malfunctioned. The driver had no back up and blamed it on warehouse not allowing him to order what he needed to keep his vehicle stocked. After spraying it off with water he attempted to put it back together and complete the job as is. I asked him what about all of the sludge (pic below) at the bottom and he said he would get it if I wanted him too. REALLY!? The job is simple cleaning the AC unit. All he was going to do was spray it with water and put it back together. This outer pics it's how he left it and apologized for not being able to do a complete job, then in the next sentence asked for payment. What a joke. Didn't even bother to reschedule or correct the problem. I contacted the office and gave them a chance (a day) to at least reach out and speak with me abo"

"The technician disassembled my Honeywell air purifier system and left the door off and filters out in the attic without telling me. The technician stated there were no issues with the attic ducting, and even wrote on the work order "Duct work in good shape". I found 7 breaches in the duct system and repaired them when I checked for myself. The technician charged to change out the system filter, which I had purchased independently. The technician took it upon himself to wash and service the outside condenser, when his work order clearly says "Duct Bid". The technician was cursing under his breath in front of my girlfriend and her son after I told him over the phone he needed to return and recheck the attic duct system. He said he didnt know what he was supposed to be checking in the first place."

"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch.
