"Earls Plumbing replaced our Hot water heater and continues to provide maintenance. They also inspect for leaks all over the house every time they are here. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend Earl’s Plumbing Chico CA"

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"The person who came to our house did excellent work. He did more than repair the leak. He changed the pipe and added straps to hold it in place."

"Technician evaluated the situation and was able to repair it within about an hour."

"This company was very professional. Once they arrived the installation went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the result. We love the system that Don recommended. It did not disappoint. This company was available and truly helpful with any questions we had about our new system. The maintenance service they provide is on time and very efficient. One thing that was a standout for me was I did not know they had even been on my property. I have had other companies not clean up after themselves which was not the case with 2 plumbs up. I highly recommend this company."

"Our job was a first-class operation from start to finish. After the break was repaired, Armando ran a camera and found lots of standing water. He recommended hydroflushing the pipe, which cleaned out a lot of roots, and then he was able to see further up the line, and found an even worse break. After digging up more cement and excavating more pipe, they realized that they had to undo the first repair and replace about 10 feet of the pipe. Armando also recommended that we install a two-way clean-out near the house, which would be set flush into the new cement, and would make dealing with any future problems much easier. All the workers were polite and friendly, and did excellent, careful, and thorough work, despite the 100-degree plus heat. Armando is especially outstanding: he is very knowledgeable and experienced; he explained things very well; and he kept in good communication with us about when the workers were coming (they were always on time). He applies himself to the work with energy and enthusiasm, and treats the customer with consideration and warmth. When the job turned out to be much more complicated, Armando gave us a fair price for the additional work, and also gave us a discount for using Angie’s List. I cannot remember a better experience with a home repair contractor!"

"Dependable is their name and it speaks volumes. They were here the very next day for my toilet valve leak after waiting a week for my home warranty company to reschedule another technician. Dependable sent Taylor, who jumped out of his truck with an immediate smile. He was absolutely personable, respectful and professional. Immediately put me at ease. He evaluated my needs and gave me repair/replacement options for my immediate situation to get me through the night and we'll do the main fix in the next day or 2. With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I may have to update this review after we complete everything, but most likely, it'll be to my liking. For promptness, I'll most certainly refer Dependable Rooter & Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. For service, if they're anything like my technician, I would highly recommend them."
