"Very professional and assisted me in selecting a replacement water heater, delivering and installing at no additional cost"

"Unbelievable customer service. I’ve needed a new water heater for a while, been calling around for quotes. And this was the best!! They came out within a day and took out the old water heater and installed the new one within a few hours. Their customer service was top notch, their install was great and their clean up was very thorough and best of all was the price!"

"I met Josh and his company and was on my 1st home project installing a recessed refrigerator bib. Work was done very professional and quickly, made a big difference in working with small opening. Rehired Josh a couple weeks later to install 2 toilets, bathroom sink faucet, and do some repair on my kitchen faucet, again great work. Very good prices!"

"He was absolutely awesome. No BS, no jacking the price up just because he could. I had a couple other quotes, but they seemed more interested in “helping” me to screw over my home insurance than replacing my water heater at a fair price. I’m 100% satisfied with the repairs and results of his work."

"The crew was highly professional talking me through each step of what had to be done. Always on time and showing great concern about keeping the old sewer mainline functioning while prepping to replace it. There were no surprises or up charges after the job was completed and I would highly recommend this company, and especially Vincent who was there from the beginning until the end of the project giving continuity and with shovel in hand and at work!"

"Issac was quick to respond to our distress call on Sunday, August 15, 2021. @12:25 pm. Our A O water heater and Whirlpool water softener started leaking all over the garage in our track home development In Redhawk Temecula. Issac was very helpful and professional. He picked up a new 75 Gallon A O replacement water heater and installed the same weekend day! Highly recommend Issac Mailhot Plumbing & Contracting. You will not be disappointed!! "Service Flow Plumbing did an excellent job flushing my tankless water heater at a very reasonable cost. Rose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and Andrew—the technician who performed the flushing—was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sure to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!"

"Very nice and pleasant service guys came to install a new water heater and took the old one out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. People on the phone are really nice as well. These guys showed up a couple days before Christmas and was able to install the same day they came to inspect. They went out of their way to find the special size I needed so that I would not go without hot water during the holidays! I live in the mountains and there was snow and they had to crawl through a small opening to get the water heater out and put the new one in. I will definitely use these guys again for any future plumbing needs!"
