"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"Jaime and the Legacy team did a fantastic job.! Always on time and organized The job sites were kept spotless The great crew treated my place w great respect and the finished work highlighted their talent and commitment"

"A Junk Free Planet is the best I could ask for when I needed the muscle to move furniture and boxes. Pernell is always on time and he is efficient. He is able to schedule the clean-up around my schedule. He brings his crew and they waste no time loading the truck. They always sweep up after they are finished to leave the area better than it was. They are always courteous and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. Since I needed to look through so many boxes, I asked to have the job completed on two different days to give me more time and space to look through my boxes. Absolutely no problem, they are always there to help me and give me hope when the job seems impossible. The price listed is for the first appointment."

"Bottom line: Our pool is completely re-plastered and looks GREAT. That was what we cared about when we went out looking for just the right company at the right price to do the job. We got 3 quotes and 2 of them were MUCH higher than Crystal Pool and Spa. The 3rd was basically the same price but what made us decide to go with CPS was their volume. They do this often and are really good at it. I saw the few complaints online, but I also realize that most people who are pleased don't spend the time to come back and write a glowing review. Our lives are too busy and as much as we want to, we forget. I also saw the great reviews for them on various sites and knew that they were legit. So now it came down to execution...and they were tremendous.
Their owner Shawn was absolutely fantastic. He kept us informed throughout the whole process on what to expect and the company checked in often to make sure everything was cool. From demolition to the replaster to the start-up and follow-up, Crystal Pool & Spa was fantastic. And FAST! The minor issues that we had were resolved immediately and they were SO nice with us, checking in with us every step of the way just to make sure everything was cool and making sure we were maintaining it correctly so that we could use our new looking pool as soon as possible. Their prices were so good we thought, "could this be too good to be true"...but it was all legit and we are so happy we made the choice. Not only did we save thousands of dollars (literally) by going with them, but our pool looks and feels fantastic. We have no leaks and are just starting to enjoy our pool and spa as it was meant to be used during these hot summer months. I highly recommend Crystal Pool Group (aka. Crystal Pool & Spa)!"

"I can’t say enough about Desert Paradise Pools. From start to finish the communication was 100%. Tom is so knowledgeable about the industry and pool construction. He is honest, upfront and a no BS guy. I would recommend Desert Paradise Pools for all of your new pool construction needs as well as your remodel needs. We can’t wait to swim in our new pool! Thank you again guys. You exceeded our expectations!!!"

"They arrived on time, starting working, cleaned everything up and finished as they quoted.

"I highly recommend Steve and his crew at O.C Pool Technicians. They are professional and a pleasure to do business with. They were very flexible with any changes I wanted to make and always had time to answer my questions. He came up with a plan to fit my budget and there were no unexpected extra costs. I will use them again for any future projects"
