"They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. "After removing the shower head from the goose neck pipe that goes into the pipe behind the wall, I tried to remove the goose neck pipe to reseal it with teflon tape. The goose neck broke off in the elbow fitting on the supply line. I called All Affordable to see if they could get the broken pipe end out of the elbow. The response was within an hour and the broken end was removed and a new goose neck installed. I had also used All Affordable Plumbing week earlier to replace a bad thermocouple in my hot water heater. The response time for both repairs was very quick and the repairs were taken care of. I will definitely call All Affordable the next time I need a plumbing repair. <br />"
