The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck. "Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!"
