I reasoned that pumping a supporting substance would not only fill in the "undermined soil", the substance forced in under pressure would also support the concrete driveway. The inspector informed me that my theory would not work and that what I needed was pea gravel inserted into the hole created by the drainage. He seemed quite competent and I accepted his assessment. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. THANK YOU!!"

I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good."

Recommended replacement of water heater and water pipes (piping had been recalled, but we were too late for the class action lawsuit claim).  Provided estimate of pipe replacement and water heater replacement (either w/ tank or tankless).
Also fixed bathroom faucet, which did not flow properly.

"Brad arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He replaced all of the innards of our toilet and explained to me what had caused the issue and further steps I can take to prevent this from happening in the future. He told me of additional work he could do to fix it, but explained that I could likely do it myself for much less. After he left, we noticed that the toilet was still draining, so I called the company back and explained the situation. The receptionist was again courteous and professional, and Brad called me a few minutes later to tell me he was on his way back. He again explained that the part he installed was supposed to be "universal", but my toilet brand was just different enough that he would need to get a part from his supplier. He replaced the plug with my old one (wasn't part of the original problem) and promised the company will call me back as soon as the part arrives and he will be back out to replace it. Excellent follow-up by the whole team. Will definitely use them again."
