I was left with a deck that I needed to sand a large portion of on my own, plaster that is uneven with blemishes along the steps leading into the pool, tilework that's uneven, there was cement in the spillway so the flap couldn't be re-installed and multiple other issues I've had to deal with. That's their standard of quality and service. I reached out to my original salesman, Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over 5 weeks ago."
