"I couldn’t be happier with how my basement remodel turned out! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. They helped transform what used to be an ok man cave to a custom at home personal sports bar!! The craftsmanship is top-notch —lighting, and trim work are all flawless. They also stayed right on schedule and within budget, which is rare these days. I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. Now we have a beautiful new living area that’s perfect for family gatherings and guests. I’d absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their basement or any part of their home. Outstanding work! We will be giving them a call in a few months to remodel our master bathroom. Great guys not only as contractors but in general also made new friends!!!"

"Trevor has been an amazing contractor who has helped us through the process of installing a large interior door for an office. He has helped ensure the space was properly prepared for installation of the door. The other contractors who have assisted Trevor have also exceeded my expectations. They have been extremely detail oriented and have done everything to ensure the best outcome. I would definitely work with Trevor for any future projects."

"The project went very smooth, the contractor was always prompt, showed a great work ethic, what pleasantly responsive to questions about the work being done. The personnel with Built Different was always personable and respectful which made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They showed up did their work communicated as need. The contractor went above and beyond coordinating with other contractors providing access to the property when I could not be available and receptive to add on request. Most impressively the project was finished within the agreed upon time. I will definitely use them in the future as needs arrive."

"Hayden and Ricky provided an outstanding service when they installed a closet light and insulated my attic. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled in their work. The installation of the closet light was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They ensured that the light was perfectly positioned and securely fitted. The light now illuminates the space beautifully, making the closet much more functional. As for the attic insulation, I was impressed by the meticulous work they did. They took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. The insulation was installed perfectly and has made a noticeable difference in the temperature regulation of my home. Their clean-up was as impressive as their work. They left the work areas spotless, showing a high level of respect for my property. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service provided by Hayden and Ricky. "I chose Ron Lester with Ga Contracting after thoroughly researching and talking to 3 other experienced recommended contractors. I could not have made a better choice. I had many people warn me about how painful it would be to build a custom built home. My experience was not painful in the least and Ron and his team of subs did an outstanding job from start to finish. Ron had to tear down my old lake cottage to start with and abide by very strict regulations regarding cutting down trees and building a new structure. Ron always met all the time frames he committed to and he and his team worked day in and day out for 9 months to complete the building of my new home. Ron always took the time weekly to explain exactly what was being done and why and helped me understand all the requirements. Ron and his team built me a beautiful home that was far beyond my original expectations. I would recommend GA Contracting to anyone considering building a home if you want it built properly and professionally."

"Bill and team helped create our vision into a reality by adding a stunning screened-in porch to our house. I can not speak highly enough of Ace Home Building and Construction's ability to deliver the quality we expected at a price we could afford. After meeting with numerous contractors Bill and Adriana's responsiveness and professionalism separated themselves from the others. As our first time embarking on a large remodel project and all the horror stories one hears about contractors, Bill and team have left a lasting positive experience for us. We later found out Ace Home BC is a veteran owned company and were glad to have the opportunity to support those who served for our great country!"
