Jeremy, the plumber, called ahead to let us know he was 15 minutes out and arrived exactly on time with his helper, Bailey. They introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got to work inspecting the area. They brought in a ladder and a camera and did a thorough inspection, and they identified the issue, we had a badly leaking old dishwasher. They also pointed out that the shut-off valves and nearby piping were in poor condition. While they recommended replacement, there was no pressure at all. He explain to me that I would need to replace faucet and he explain the best one to buy. He came back the next day and installed removing and installing new lines .
